TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICIES
DEFINITION OF THE SERVICE
WeBlock is a Content Management System (CMS) with the following main capabilities and functionalities:
˙ "Website Builder" The Customer can create and edit his own website adding text, images, videos and multimedia contents in general.
˙ "Dynamic functionalities" The Customer can set email-based autoresponders and web dynamic messages for the purposes of his own activity.
˙ "E-commerce" The Customer can set up his own e-commerce uploading his products, descriptions, images and prices.
"Online payments" The customer will be able to receive payments via PayPal platform which is the unique method accepted by WeBlock. The Customer will need his own PayPal account to access this functionality.

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT
WeBlock will provide the installation of the environment and a first simple configuration. Initial simple training will be offered for the Customer to be ready to operate autonomously and perform the settings of the service according to his needs.
The ordinary support offered by WeBlock is to be intended in order to guarantee the normal functioning of the system and will be performed during normal working hours.
Specific support or requests for new functionalities will have to be discussed between both parties and agreed upon in terms of timeframe and costs.

CONDITIONS
WeBlock guarantees to the Customer that it will not access all the personal and specific data inserted by the Customer into the system if not forced by circumstances related to support and maintenance of the system itself. Even in this case, WeBlock guarantees the Customer that these data will be treated with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties or disclosed in any way.
The Customer declares to be fully responsible for the content inserted into the system and guarantees that neither he will insert illegal data of any sort nor will conduct activities that may result illegal or hurt other people. With this regard, the Customer explicitly lifts WeBlock from any responsibility or implication.
The Customer accepts that he will not be able to retaliate against WeBlock for any temporary malfunction of the service in case this will depend on the system issue, on the internet interruptions, on the third party internet provider where this service is hosted, on PayPal malfunction while processing payments.
That said, WeBlock will be fully committed to restoring the correct functionalities of the system (for what concerns the parts WeBlock is allowed to act on) in the shortest possible time, well aware of the importance of the service for the Customer.
WeBlock will host the whole service for the Customer on his own online servers hosted by the online provider Domain.com. This means that the service for the Customer will be accessible through a URL of the following type: https://weblock.live/[CustomerCODE]. If the Customer intends to use a professional URL (e.g. https://mycompany.com) he will have to buy this URL himself and configure the DNS to point to the URL https://weblock.live/[CustomerCODE].
No subcontracting will be allowed. The Website and the E-commerce will have to represent the sole company/person who purchased the system at https://weblock.live/ and for which he had to accept these Terms, Conditions and Privacy policies. Other companies/people other than the Customer who should be interested in using WeBlock, will have to read the information about the service and buy it at https://weblock.live/.
The service, in terms of both software and ideas, is an intellectual property of WeBlock. No code or software will be disclosed or delivered to the Customer in any circumstance. While a backup of the system will be performed with the purpose of ensuring the best possible functionalities, no copy of this Backup will be delivered to the Customer.
At the end of this service, all data of the Customer will be destroyed.

TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE
The Customer reserves the right to terminate this service at any time without any notice. WeBlock will provide to cease the service and destroy all relative data. No refund will be made for the possible remaining period of validity of the ongoing subscription.
WeBlock can immediately terminate this service if aware of improper or illegal usage of the system by the Customer. All data will be destroyed and no refund will be made.
WeBlock can immediately terminate this service if aware of subcontract-like usage of the system. All data will be destroyed and no refund will be made.
WeBlock will terminate this service at the end of the subscription purchased. All data will be kept for 30 days in case the Customer will decide to restart the service. On the 31st day after the subscription has expired, all data will be destroyed.
WeBlock can terminate this service for personal reasons and circumstances at any time. No explanation of these reasons will be provided. In this case, WeBlock will provide the Customer with the ongoing subscription for the following 30 days and will refund the Customer for the possible remaining period of validity of the subscription.

OVERALL AGREEMENT
The service, as described in its Terms, Conditions and Privacy policies, is intended to be carried out in good faith by both parties. Both parties agree to collaborate openly for the good results of this service.
